WITCH CREEK FIRE
As of 10 p.m. yesterday
Area: Communities include Del Dios, Del Mar, Pauma Valley, Poway, Ramona, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Santa Fe, Rincon, San Marcos, Wildcat Canyon and parts of southern Escondido
First reported: 12:37 p.m. Sunday
Acres burned: 198,178
Containment: 20 percent
Structures burned: 645 homes, 30 commercial buildings and 50 outbuildings destroyed; 250 homes, 10 commercial buildings and 50 outbuildings damaged
Resources: 2,331 firefighters, 85 engines, 16 bulldozers and 44 water tenders
Deaths: 2 people who were being evacuated
Injuries: 12 firefighters, 2 civilians
HARRIS FIRE
As of 10 p.m. yesterday
Area: Communities include Dulzura, Jamul, Potrero, Tecate and the outskirts of Spring Valley and Chula Vista
First reported: 9:23 a.m. Sunday
Acres burned: 75,000
Containment: 10 percent
Structures burned: 155 homes, 2 commercial buildings and 17 outbuildings destroyed; 250 homes damaged
Resources: 1,341 firefighters, 45 engines, 20 water tenders, 3 bulldozers, 3 fixed-wing aircraft and 2 helicopters
Deaths: 1 during fire, 1 during evacuation
Injuries: 7 firefighters, 21 civilians
POOMACHA FIRE
As of 10 p.m. yesterday
Area: Communities include Pauma and Rincon Indian reservations, Mount Palomar and Valley Center. Expected to merge with Witch Creek blaze
First reported: 4:10 a.m. Tuesday
Acres burned: 35,000
Containment: 10 percent
Structures burned: 50 homes
Resources: 719 firefighters, 25 engines, 9 bulldozers and 8 water tenders
Deaths: none
Injuries: 8 firefighters, 4 civilians
HORNO FIRE
As of 10 p.m. yesterday
Area: Camp Pendleton, east of Interstate 5, and north and west between Las Pulgas Road and Border Patrol checkpoint
First reported: 1:15 p.m. Tuesday
Acres burned: 10,000. Three smaller fires also burned at least 220 acres before being contained
Containment: 40 percent to 50 percent
Structures burned: none

RICE CANYON FIRE
As of 10 p.m. yesterday
Area: DeLuz, Fallbrook, poised to enter Riverside County
First reported: 4:16 a.m. Monday
Acres burned: 9,500
Containment: 20 percent
Structures burned: 206 homes, 2 commercial buildings and 40 outbuildings destroyed
Resources: 1,095 firefighters
Deaths: 1 during evacuation
Injuries: 1 firefighter
