Funeral services for Stephen "Tony" Bertolino, an El Cajon-raised soldier who was killed in Iraq, will be held Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1917 E. Washington Ave., Escondido. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Interment with military honors will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Escondido.
A public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary, 225. S. Broadway, Escondido.
Bertolino, a 40-year-old staff sergeant, was killed in an ambush Nov. 29. He is survived by his wife and four children.
