When the Chargers drafted Quentin Jammer with the fifth pick yesterday, it was the fourth time in the last 20 years they picked in the No. 5 slot, the most of any team in that period. There have been some terrific picks at No. 5 (Deion Sanders, Junior Seau) and some dreadful ones (Mike Junkin, Rickey Dixon, Trev Alberts, Curtis Enis). Projection: Will start at strongside linebacker, ahead of Sam Rogers.
