The city of Encinitas will sponsor the two-day “Encinitas Sports Festival,” from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday at Moonlight Beach Parking Lot at the corner of Third and C streets, downtown Encinitas. The festival will feature numerous fitness-related activities, including the San Diego Century Bicycle Tour, City of Encinitas 5K Run/Walk, Moonlight Beach Paddle and Swim, Avia Sprint Triathlon and the Encinitas Sports Festival Expo.
