The San Diego Union-Tribune

For the record

May 15, 2008

A story about soy on Page E1 on Tuesday incorrectly said that substituting animal protein for plant protein is a good way to cut saturated fat. The information was transposed and should have read that eating a plant protein such as soy instead of animal protein is a good way to cut saturated fat.

The Union-Tribune regrets the error.
