That was enough for her grandmother to realize things would only get worse. “I Googled 'childproofing' on the Internet,” Nancy Reilly recalls. 'Sleeping Beauty' is reawakened at 50

As Disney movies grow older, they improve with age, as the latest restoration of “Sleeping Beauty” makes clear. In its 50th anniversary platinum edition, it's as if one of the three fairy godmothers waved her magic wand and – poof! – what we see looks and sounds better than ever before, and there's more on screen than even at the debut in January 1959.
